Log in to website dashboard at Plesk.

Go to Websites & Domains
Go the domain/website you want to back up
Then go to Dashboard > Back & Restore
Click on the date of the backup you want to restore.
Select the backup content you want to restore and restoration options
Click Restore to proceed
